Dr. Serra, a Doctor of Physical Therapy and NASM certified Personal Trainer with over 8 years of experience, specializes in helping individuals achieve their fitness goals, particularly in weight loss and muscle gain. The company’s focus extends to strength programming, with a specialization in calisthenics, and it provides tailored modifications for individuals dealing with musculoskeletal deficits or dysfunction. Our Story

Move Fizeo was created from the idea that the journey of an individual or athlete after going through physical therapy after an injury isn’t done after the short 2 to 4 months of rehabilitation that they go through. When they leave rehab they are what I consider as “good” and not “great”. The individual is doing much better compared to when they started but they are considerably still lacking a notable amount of strength and functionality. This puts them susceptible to another injury. The reason for this is that there is no set protocol/system for Physical Therapist to refer patients out to trainers or strength coaches due to the lack of connection and relationship to the fitness and health industry. Unfortunately, I have also seen that many fitness and health trainers do not have the education on basic pain science which dampers the patient referral. To simply put, there isn’t a bridge from rehabilitation to overall performance and health. Move Fizeo was designed to bridge that gap and help you unlock your greater.
